The sculptor has captured the before and after look of esthetic dentistry. The patients face/smile to the left represents the before and the face/smile on the right, the after. The gloved dentist hand holds the mirror which is inset with a real mirror to give a true reflection of the perfect smile…hence, “Esthetic Reflection”
