Description
A remarkable sculpture showing a patient’s face done in mask form is completed with dark red patina beginning at the forehead and blending into a very dark blue/black at the bottom of the environment. The dentist’s hand is patined in a soft tan resembling a latex glove which is complimented with a verde shirt cuff. The life size hand is holding a mouth mirror also life size. The dentist’s hand is offset from the patient’s face giving the appearance that the hand is suspended in mid-air. This sculpture is mounted on a black walnut base topped with verde marble.
